Bridge Nylon by Taulman 3D

Taulman's "Bridge" high strength Nylon co-polymer bridges the strength of Nylon 645 and the ease of printing of ABS/PLA. Items printed in Bridge Nylon filament are stronger and more resilient than parts printed in more common materials.

Print Surface Recommendation:

Bridge is a nylon filament material, therefore applying a glue stick (such as Elmer's® brand) directly to the print surface before starting your LulzBot is strongly recommended

Features

Since Bridge prints cleanly and easily you can print complex models that are ready to be used. The combination of strength, reduced shrinkage, and ease in printing allows you to go from 3D model to 3D printed part ready to be installed. Bridge Nylon filament adheres well to the bed when treated with a PVA glue solution (water & PVA(Polyvinyl Acetate) glue) or a PVA glue stick. Bridge Nylon warps less than Nylon 618, 645 but slightly more than ABS, and prints well at 235°C. Like other Taulman nylons, Bridge can be dyed using Rit® brand dye to achieve custom color profiles.

Packaging Information

Bridge filament ships vacuum sealed and mounted on a reel.

Storage Specifications

Store your filament in an air tight container. The use of desiccant is encouraged as nylon filament will absorb moisture from the air.
